Caroline has over 17 years experience in marketing, working for international high street brands in E-commerce and Marketing Director positions. Over the past 5 years, she has specialised in helping small businesses grow. This journey has been a learning curve, gaining first-hand understanding of what works and what doesn’t, often with limited budgets and resources. Visible is her latest venture, an agency that focuses on helping small and service-based businesses to grow, regardless of budget.
Loves: Planning and organisation, analysing performance and seeing results.
Hates: Agency jargon and empty promises.
Kate Hill,
Account Director
Kate is not only an expert juggler of projects, but she brings creative flair to the Visible team. Kate is the point of contact who ensures clients are happy and that their work is not just done well, it’s delivered on time, in full and better than expected! Having developed her skills in marketing and social media, she also has her own clothing line, and has worked as a designer for well-known names including Children’s eyewear brand Zoobug and she has assisted celebrity stylist Gemma Sheppard on global projects.
Loves: Seeing a project come to fruition.
Hates: Just doing what everyone else does.
